Miscellaneous bugs have been fixed and minor items updated, including:
- Added League Registration Number as an option when generating Tryout Numbers
- Now you can sort the tryout list by player number
- Added the ability to open the linked player/member record from within a transaction edit window.
- Made Member Registration Details list edit transaction cooperate when the transaction is already open in a non-modal window.
- Adjust financial reports and delinquent reports to not include over-payed accounts
- Corrected an error in [Registration...More Options...Add Transaction] that was incorrectly applying the member discount adjustment twice when calculating the amound of the transaction.
- Fixed five rows in DICTION.DBL that referred to fields that no longer exist or that
have been renamed:
- MEMREG.MF_F_CMT was changed to MEMBER.MF_F_CMT
- MEMREG.MF_M_CMT was changed to MEMBER.MF_M_CMT
- PLAYER.MF_LEAGID was changed to PLAYER.PF_LEAGID
- PLAYER.PF_PASSPRT was removed

- 18.10: Adjusted Volunteer report so that phone numbers layout better and export to multiple rows in Excel.
- 18.10: Fixed a problem where the registration form wouldn't open if player fundraising was turned off

What was new in LAS v17, 16 and 15
New in LAS version 17:
- Automatically finds Latitude and Longitude for players as they are saved.
- Newly Enhanced Normal, Medium and Short Roster reports are much more attractive!

Miscellaneous bugs have been fixed and minor items updated, including:
- 3216: Corrected an issue with selecting a member with a comma in the last name from pick lists.
- Corrected some problems in producing multi-season player and member reports.
- Removed the test file BACKUP.#$# from the backup destination if the user is creating a compressed backup file.
- Corrected problem where League Explorer didn't update when Division Description was edited.
- Adjusted Master Schedule layout to avoid wrapping division names
- Adjusted Team Schedule layout to avoid wrapping field name, and to bold all headers
- Adjusted Player Birthay report and Unregistered Players report to handle 6 digit player numbers

- Expandable Phone Number entry is significantly easier to manipulate
- 2486: The Equipment Inventory for the Season and the equiment that has been distributed to each team can now be viewed right in the League Explorer.
- Improved and simplified the player label system and preregistration forms to be easier to produce matching forms and labels.
- Adjusted Pitch Count rules to conform to Little League's changes for 2009-2010 season
- Added Little League's "Option 2" for pitch count rules
- Added "User Sort Code" count reports: Now you can get even more use out of the 3 "User Sort" fields.
- Roster report now optionally includes email addresses, and eliminates repeated addresses the player and parents have the same addresses entered as each other.

- 3184: Fix Restore so that it does not ignore the "Restore Backup of System Config" checkbox.
- v16.04: Adjusted footer on old-style reports to avoid error where only page one shows in WinPrint.
- v16.04: Adjusted many Division Reports to avoid cutting off the player number on certain printers.

- v16.02: Now marks member as "changed" when a new transaction is entered via "More Options" in the Registration window, so that the new "Amount Paid" will be automatically saved.
- v16.01: Fixed an occasional "Table has no Index order set" error in Edit Team Staff.
- v16.01: Fixed a minor bug where all the teams show up in the team list right after editing and renaming a team.
- v16.01: If all custom flexport formats are deleted, the built-in formats were not being listed in the Flexport window.
- v16.01: Added the ability to clear members' "background check" data during Start New Season.

- 3090: If umpires were retained from the previous season, the umpire report was showing them, even if the members had not registered yet.
- 3085: Fixed the roster report dialog to show/hide options based on the correct season.
- Fixed an error in loading the calendar date selector for many forms.
- Added an improved UnZip tool to reduce dependency on ActiveX controls.
- Improved the "Edit Emergency Info Template" button on the Season Settings window.
- You can now mark the point in the Emergence Info template where you want the input cursor to start out when the windows opens by using a "~" character.
- Restore now checks password security to prevent unauthorized access to backup files.
- While any user can run DataSafe when they exit, now only a Full/Financial user can Backup to any location, and only the Administrator can restore a database.
- Player Power Rating reports now only average players that have non-zero ratings. (Zero always was considered to mean "not rated" when calculating the individual player's average rating; now it is properly handled for report totals, too)
- Player Ranking report is now formatted more attractively
- The LOGIN.FPT file was being restored when it should not have been, resulting in the user having to restart LAS after restoring a database that had user name + pwd security.
- The Member Family report has been improved in readability and appearance.
- Reindex now checks and corrects the consistency between the miscellaneous phone numbers storage table and the phone number report fields in the MEMBER table.
- The way Pre-registration forms show eligible divisions is now more consistent with how the registration window automatically selects divisions. The only difference now is that the pre-registration forms don't pay attention to Height, Weight or User Sort 3, since these are values that often will change from season to season.
- Made the Keyboard Right-Side Windows Shortcut Key work to pop up the shortcut-menu in the League Explorer window and in the Registration Window
- Adjusted the Full Member List report to wrap data lines that are too long for the column, breaking on word boundaries if it doesn't cause the data to take more lines.
- Added Members' email addresses to Full Member List report
- Fixed Full Player List report to conditionally show player email addresses based on whether the user has Player Email turned on. (Was showing player email addresses only when the Member Email was turned on.)
- Formatting on the Uniform Order report has been improved to make it easier to read
- LAS now detects if the user tries to backup to a CD-R drive, and explains to the user that this is not possible.
- Added Registration Window option to reload the "Miscellaneous Items" picklists every time the Registration Window is opened.
- Added higlighting to most fields to make it easy to locate the input cursor
- Improved documentation for the "Erase Player Data" window
- Player ratings are now easier to enter by using PgUp/PgDn to select the previous/next player.
- Made "Flexport" methods better at validating file names before trying to export.
- 2983: Adjusted the Rosters, Master Player reports, and Player "Special Sort" reports so that any time a birth date or age is shown, an asterisk is shown if the season is configured to track when birth certificates are on file, and that player does not have one on file.
- Adjusted the way that the League Explorer fills the right side so that it is easier to navigate using the keyboard.
- Created Enhanced Normal Staff report
- Fixed Bug#3038: You can now change the division selection order by using the up/dn arrows in the [Miscellaneous... Divisions & Teams... Edit Teams] team list window.
- 3036: The League Explorer details for Team, Division and Season now show the number of players in that Team, Division or Season. This is extremely helpful when trying to accomodate "friend requests and other special needs" while assigning players to divisions.
- 3034: Now, for consistency, when Registration Number is marked as "Protected" in Season Settings, even the administrator cannot change it. An administrator must first un-mark the "Protect" check box, then go and change the number.
- New menu [ Reports... Team ] collects together all the team related reports.
- User can now change the accent colors used in various windows
- Player age is now optional on the Player Master Team listing
- Formatting has been improved on the Short Member report
- Volunteer report now gives better feedback when no members were found
- Fixed Bug#3017: Umpire address is now suppressed on umpire report when address is turned off in Season settings
New in LAS version 15:
- The new 2008 Little League Affidavits for Baseball and Softball tournaments have now been integrated into LAS.
- You can now easily record several partial installment payments for each member registration.
- Login security now supports creating and assigning usernames to individuals for more discrete security. (You can still use the 4 access level password-only security system, too.)
- Umpires are easier to assign and manage
- Drag-and-drop player assignment can now assign more than one player at a time.
- Multi-computer Merge system ("Merge" plug-in required) now enables you to enter scores on multiple computers and merge only the scores into the main database.
- Rosters can now show all the player's and member's phone numbers (and you can individually turn on and off each type of phone number, such as Cell or Work).

Miscellaneous bugs have been fixed and minor items updated, including:
- Add option when adding a schedule to the master to Replace the division schedules already in the master
- Fixed problem with updating view of master schedule if a schedule was added to the master
- Added the real field name to the title of the column properties dialog in the schedule editor to help reduce confusion when a column has been renamed.
What was new in GT in versions 14 through 16
- Minutes Rest can now enforce rest periods that last from one day to the next.
This means, for example, that if you specify 2 games per day, but 2880 minutes rest, you can ensure that a team won't be scheduled again until 48 hours after the end of their previous game. - Home / Visitor balance is now much better in a wider variety of cross-division only schedules. (Previously, the H/V balance depended greatly on the number of teams in each sub-division)
- Miscellaneous bugs have been fixed
- Corrected installation problem that may miss the Schedule Calculator library.
- Added all officials names to the Schedule Editor grid view.
- Balancing was only showing the progress for Division 1 teams.
New in GT version 14 & 15:
- Now able to export schedule into eTeamz upload format
- After rescheduling rainouts, Add-To-Master can be used again to put the changes into the master. Scores that were entered in LAS in the meantime in non-rained out games are no longer affected.
- New pairing method added to improve the Home/Visitor sequencing.
- Highlight Row color on Schedule Editor is now user-configurable.
- Master Database Browser now sorts the fields alphabetically.
- You can now select to coordinate-with multiple seasons from the master schedule at the same time. Very useful if your seasons are not consecutive.
- Master schedule can now be renumbered from within GameTime.
- There are now Browse buttons that can be used for selecting paths.
- Improvement in speed of loading and saving schedule files
- Division Description can now be longer
- Analysis report now includes all games, not just those between schedule start & end dates
- Report more easily on scheduled practice sessions by hiding normal games in reports

What was new in TT in versions 14 through 16
- Re-engineered for Windows 7 Compatibility
- Added a new seeding method, "Minimal Byes", which reduces the number of "bye" games in your first round to be a maximum of one, and then only because it is impossible to eliminate "bye" games if there is an odd number of teams.
- Improved integration with TTLive website.
Miscellaneous bugs have been fixed and minor items updated, including:
- Scheduling issues corrected: #2991, 2959, 2932, 2931
- 3114:Corrected a bug that prevented the user from adjusting the maximum tie breaking points accrued per game.
- 3114:Corrected a bug that prevented tie-breakers from all showing on reports if they had identical priorities.
- 3155:Corrected some bugs in adding divisions and menu items in the "Manage Tournament Website" window.
New in TT version 14 & 15:
- Multiple Master schedules are now supported. This allows you to keep schedules from last year for reference or manage multiple tournaments concurrently.
- Multi-Level tournaments can now be managed using Tournament Time. All you need to do is:
- Generate your first level bracket.
- Select the first level bracket schedule as the "Master Schedule" for each division that will receive teams from it.
- Create a division for each subsequent level and add teams to them using the "Advance Team From Another Division" button.
- Enter scores as the tournaments complete.
- When a bracket is complete (all games have scores), the proper teams are advanced from that bracket into other brackets in the same master schedule.
- Tournament brackets can now be printed in proportional fonts.
- Easily select header and footer fonts on all your reports.
- Click anywhere on a report to add custom text, and to draw using lines, circles and rectangles to make important items stand out!
- You can now optionally highlight, throughout the bracket, the team name of the tournament winner.
- Save any report (including draw charts) as a PDF file!
- Print margins are now easily adjustable.
- v15: You can now open as many Division Wizards as you like, simultaneously.
- v15: Tournaments can now be exported and uploaded to eTeamz.com/Active.com
- v15.01: Assigning hundreds of teams to pools in the Wizard is much easier: just select pool #1, select all the available teams, then click "Add", and when the first pool fills up, TT will ask if you want to continue assigning the selected teams into the next pool. Just keep clicking "Yes" and you'll quickly assign all your teams to pools.
- v15.09: Little League World Series pool play tie breakers are now fully supported!
- v15.01: TT now correctly checks to make sure that you can generate a tournament with the selected number of teams.
- v15.01: Pool game generation is faster,
- v15.01: Pool game generation now shows its progress as which Set # out of Total # of Sets it's working on
