Tournament Time will help you manage tournaments with ease, providing you control over all the fields, officials and staff personnel.
Now used by District Administrators and Commissioners from coast to coast to set up their district, section and regional tournaments.
Tournament Formats
Tournament Time
produces a variety of the most common tournaments:
- Single elimination tournaments: including automatic generation of third place playoff games
- Double elimination tournaments: If a team loses their first tournament game, they enter the losers' bracket, and have a chance to win the championship if they don't lose any more games.
- Pool play: Round-robin-type games can be played in the "Pool Play Round" so the teams can compete for seed locations in the elimination tournament. Also, Pool-Play-only tournaments are supported, which have more pool play games instead of an elimination bracket: The final team standings are determined based on the pool-play standings rules.
- Multi-Level Tournaments: New support has been added in Version 14 for connecting several tournament brackets together so that teams automatically advance from level-to-level in a multi-level tournament.
Tournament Time's easy Wizard driven interface makes it easy to understand the tournament creation process, while giving you access to broad flexibility to make your tournament lay out just the way you want.
Reports

Twelve Schedule reports formats (including pictorial printout of brackets) are available, each with options
to produce hundreds of different style reports. These reports help you to track your competition
by displying standings, bracket charts, division schedules, master schedules, and much, much more.
Tournament Time has the ability to print any reports, including bracket charts, in Landscape Mode. All reports are displayed in a WYSIWYG format previewer before printing where you can point-and-click to markup your reports by adding text, lines, rectangles or circles. PDF output: Version 14 introduces the ability to generate PDF files from any of your reports so that you can easily post them on web pages or attach them to emails. |

Capacities
Tournament Time supports up to 547 teams in a division with pool play, with 256 teams in the elimination bracket, and no limit on the number of divisions.
New with version 14, you can create as many master schedules as you want to help manage shared fields among independent tournaments. Tournament Time can even coordinate the tournaments it generates with schedules created by GameTime Scheduler or that are stored in the League Administration Software master schedule.
Schedule Analysis
Tournament Time has a sophisticated analysis routine to automatically verify all changes to the tournament to guarantee that there are no scheduling conflicts or logic errors in the schedule. Game sequence is analyzed to be sure that each team will finish the necessary games to be able to play each subsequent game. If a conflict is detected, a report is automatically generated informing you of all problems detected in the tournament.
No more missed games, impossible schedules to play or last minute midnight phone calls to coaches to make corrections to schedule problems. You will be ready before anyone ever sees the first report.
