Min Rest Between Pool Games
This applies to the Pool Play round:
If Max Pool Games Per Day = 1
This sets the number of minutes that must pass after a team's game has completed before that team can play another game.
if Max Pool Games Per Day >= 2
This sets the number of days that must pass after a team's game has completed before that team can play another game.
