Tournament Time for Windows Help File
Win of Head-to-Head (2-Way)
When two teams are tied, Tournament Time can break the tie for you by looking at any games where the two teams played directly against each other. If any are found, then the team who won the most games places higher.
This works for two-way ties only... if it is a three-way tie, this rule is skipped.
