Points for Shootout Loss
This is the number of points that will be given to a team that loses a game that was decided by a Shootout.
Note that this number is usually negative.
Note that this is NOT in addition to the points awarded for a normal loss.
You may want to set this to impact the losing team a little less than the number of points for a normal loss because it reflects that the two teams were quite close in competition.
