Ony Schedule Officials That...
This option let's you control which officials get assigned to each game.
(Note: If you don't enter a "Team Affiliation" in the Officials List, then you should select "Don't Care" here)
If you select "Only Schedule Officials for a Game that":
- Are associated with one of the teams -- Tournament Time will only assign officials to a game if the "Team Affiliation" of the official is with one of the teams playing in the game. If no such official is available, either the game will be scheduled later when such an official is available, or the game will be left with no officials, depending on the setting of Delay scheduling a game until Officials are available
- That are not associated with either team -- Officials that are associated with a team will not be assigned to any game that team plays in. This is useful for when team coaches are also used as officials. Assigning a coach to officiate a game his own team plays in would be a conflict of interests.
- Don't Care -- Don't do anything with the officials' Team Affiliations.
