Tournament Time for Windows Help File
Available Officials
You can enter all the officials that you want Tournament Time to automatically schedule for you into this list.
These are the details you can enter for each official:
- Name of Official: Up to 30 characters for the Official's name.
- Qual 1,2 and 3: Each Official can have up to three different qualifications. Usually one certification level and up to two exact requirements. Certification levels (entered as numbers) are treated as encompassing all lower levels, i.e. an Official with a level 5 certification can perform the functions of level 5, 6, 7 etc. but not 1, 2, 3, or 4. An exact requirement (entered as letters) would be on the order of say a T=Timekeeper or S=Scorekeeper.
- Team Affiliation: Each Official can be affiliated with a team. You may leave the team affiliation blank.
b>NOTE: If you do not specify team affiliations then do not specify the option "Only Schedule Officials for a Game that... Are associated with one of the teams", otherwise you will not get any officials assigned.
