Points Awarded for Forfeit Win
This is the number of points that will be given to a team that wins a game that was decided by a Forfeit.
This value is usually 0, or at least less than the points awarded for a normal win, so that it doesn't negatively impact the non-offending team involved in the forfeit
Note that this is NOT in addition to the points awarded for a normal win.
