Delay for Officials
If you select this option, then when no officials are available that are suitable to officiate a particular game, that game will be delayed... it will be schedule at the first available time when officials can be properly assigned to it.
Not selecting this option will likely result in a shorter schedule, but will probably leave some games without enough officials assigned, leaving that work to you.
