Viewing Reports

When you generate a report it is automatically viewed on screen. You may use the cursor keys to scroll through the report.

Viewing Options: Depending on the type of report or file you are viewing on the screen will you have certain options available.

'Ctrl+P': (Print) All reports and files can be printed to your printer by pressing 'Ctrl+P'. If you want to change any print options before printing, instead select [ File -> Print Setup... ] before telling it to print.

'F': (Find) Pops up the "Find" window so you can enter text to search for. The first occurance of the found text will be highlighted (default schedme) red, and the rest of the occurances will be green.

Press 'A' to search Again for the next occurance.

Press 'F' again to search for a different string.

Press 'F' and choose cancel to Unhighlight the current search string.

'A': (Search Again)

Continue search and highlight the next occurance of the search string.

'Ctrl+S': (Save to File) All reports and files can be saved to a text file for later retrieval and printing (any printer control codes are saved with the report in case you wish to save the file for later printing or printing to another type of printer outside of tournament Time).

'Ctrl+M': (Modify Report) This opens the report in a text editor so you can adjust anything you want, including the text in the report, and the formating codes. For more information about the formating codes, select [ File -> Open ] and open the file called WinPrint.TXT.
