Tournament Time for Windows Help FileDraw Chart
You can completely customize the production of your draw chart report with many options:
Report Title
You may enter up to 3 lines of text that will appear on the title of each page in the report and a footer.
Show Pools
You can choose to place the box listing the teams in each pool at the Top or Bottom. You can also suppress either the pool box or the draw chart itself with Pools Only, or Chart Only. (note: the pool box is never between the pool play games and the draw chart)
Include Games
Like the other charts, you can include either just the championship games, or all the games. Pool Play games are listed above the draw chart. (if you want just pool play, use the complete report)
Show Fields / Short Fields / No Fields
This selects how (and if) fields are shown in the draw chart. If you choose Short Fields, a key to the abbreviations' meanings is printed to the lower right of the draw chart.
Max Passes
You can now choose how many pages wide your draw chart is. By selecting 1 or 2 pages wide, you decide whether you'll have to tape together the report for a wide poster design, or a tall skinny report.
(note: in some larger charts, esp. with long team and field names, it is not possible to fit the chart on one page wide)
Show Day
Show Time
Show Date
Show Seed
These customize what information is displayed about each game on the draw chart.
Print To Fit
If you select this, then once Tournament Time determines how wide the paper it's printing on is (accounting for font width and 1 or 2 pages wide), it will expand the width of the draw chart to fill, but not exceed, the current page size.
All Caps
Sometimes a draw chart looks better if its printed in All Caps, especially when the font is small.
