Report Types
All reports display up-to-date information based on results entered via 'Update Schedule'. The items that are bright white (enabled) in the menu are the ones that apply to the schedule you have selected.
Complete Schedule:
Report contains complete information for each game scheduled. This report may produce multiple lines per game if there are more than 2 Officials used per game and can be very lengthy.
Team Schedule:
Report contains the same information as the complete schedule report, except has all the games for a single team collected together. This is a great report for giving to coaches!
Standings:
The standings report is used to display the actual standings within a division. At the top of the report, the winner of that division is shown if the tournament has been completed. Also, all the participating teams are shown with their record in the tournament and points for and against are totaled.
Staff Assignments:
Contains which staff is assigned to each game. The Date/Time sorted report gives a nifty grid for hand-writing in staff for any games that aren't assigned yet!
Official Schedule:
Report shows Officials used for each game.
Single Official:
Report shows games grouped by each Official.
Fields:
Report shows games grouped by each Field.
Field Availability:
Report listing dates and times that playing fields, areas or facilities are still available during the tournament.
Results:
Shows the results of the tournament, such as Games Won, Win Percentage, and Tournament Winner.
Field Conflicts: (Master Schedule Only)
Displays any conflicts where fields are scheduled for two games at the same time or when overlapped.
Draw Chart: (Not available for Master Schedule)
Produces a draw chart for the tournament from any individual division schedule. Of course, you may not produce a draw chart for the Master Schedule that contains multiple divisions.
