Master Schedule

You can merge one or more division schedules to create a Master Schedule. This is useful if you are running multiple tournaments at the same time, especially if the same playing fields will be used by all the tournaments.

You can merge an individual division schedule into the master anytime you view a report for that division. You can selectively remove a division's schedule from the master schedule from the "Erase Data" Menu.

When you generate a schedule, you can specify to have Tournament Time to see if a playing field, or Official is being used to eliminate conflicts between divisions.

The order in which you merge schedules into the master schedule and then generate subsequent division schedules against that information will have a bearing on how fields and officials are utilized and games scheduled.
