Tournament Time for Windows Help File
>> How to use Help...
Either click the "Help" button on the window you want help about, or (particularly when there is no "Help" button) press the F1key. You can also click the "?" button (when available, or press Shift+F1) to put the mouse into "What's This" help mode (a question mark will appear next to the mouse cursor) then click on the window item that you want more help about.
The Help window can be scrolled, moved, sized and closed (see below). HELP consists of two "panels" -- help topics and detailed information about each topic. As you select topics on the left, the details appear automatically in the right panel.
How to Select a Topic
- Select the "Contents" tab and scroll through the items to find the one you want, or
- Select the "Index" tab and scroll through the items or type a letter to select the next topic beginning with that letter.
- Select the "Search" tab and enter the words that you want to search for. Now, click the List Topics button. A comprehensive search will be done looking for a match and the list of topics will be displayed. Choose the topic of your choice.
Saving "Favorites"
If you find certain help topics to be particularly useful, you can save them as "Favorites": just select the "Favorites" tab in the left pane. Modify the value at the bottom under "Current Topic" to make it memorable to you, then click "Add"... From now on, this topic will show up in the favorites list!
