Erase Data
Allows you to erase/delete divisions, schedules, text files, and old data files saved from the previous version of the program. You will be asked to confirm your action before any information is erased.
Division Selection:
Choose a division that you want to remove.
NOTE: If you erase a division, all the schedules generated from that division (including any schedule that was merged into the master schedule) will also be erased. You will have to individually erase any text files (reports) created from this division.
Schedule Selection:
Select the schedule you wish to erase. You can erase the schedules generated as optimum, with master or saved in the master schedule.
Text File Selection:
Choose any file in the list. These are the reports that you saved as ASCII text files from the report section of the program.
Delete Old Data Selection:
When Tournament Time is installed on top of a previous version, the original division and schedule files are preserved in the directory .\oldata\ so the information will not be lost. When you have verified that the conversion was successful or you no longer care about the old data, you should choose this selection to remove the unnecessary data from your hard disk.
