Backup Files

Tournament Time provides an automated way (in the Utilities menu) of backing up all your data.

In the backup path dialog, the last used path is displayed. You can change this path either here or in Hardware Setup. You may enter any valid, existing path, including "A:" for your primary disk drive, "B:" for the second drive, or "C:\BACKUP", etc.

NOTE: Tournament Time will NOT create a new directory for you. Also, TT does not yet recognize Windows 95 Long File or Directory Names.

Creating a directory:

If you want to make quick backups to a subdirectory on your hard disk, choose "Dos Shell" from the Utilities menu. At the prompt, type something like:

md c:\TTbackup

exit

This example would create a subdirectory "TTBackup" then return to Tournament Time. You would then enter "C:\TTbackup" for the backup path the next time you go to backup.
