Tournament Time for Windows Help File

One team withdrew from the tournament. Do I have to completely re-generatethe schedule?

One team withdrew from the tournament. Do I have to completely re-generatethe schedule?

For single and double elimination schedules, Tournament Time anticipates this situation by allowing you to simply drop a team from the schedule. Do this through the Modify Schedule option on the Main Menu. Note, however, that you may only drop a team BEFORE tournament play begins (before you enter any results). After play begins, it would have to be treated as a forfeit.

If dropping a team in a pool play schedule, you will have to delete any games scheduled for that team. You may want to adjust the games played by the remaining teams in the pool.
