(def) Coordinate

Coordinate With -- Tournament Time schedules for large leagues and multi-level tournaments can be produced in smaller pieces, and assembled into a Master Schedule.

When you are generating a new schedule, and you "Coordinate With" an existing (master) schedule, any fields that have the same name in both schedules are considered to be the same field. If the field has already had a game scheduled on it at a particular time in the master, then the new schedule will not schedule a game on the same field that overlaps that time.

Note that when coordinating with the master, only schedules actually in the master will be evaluated. Other independent schedules that coordinate with the same master will not be evaluated for conflicts unless they have been added to the master.
