ScoreBook for Windows Help File

Scoreboard

Select this choice to display or hide the Scoreboard pane at the top of the Main Scorebook window. This pane displays the current scoreboard for the Current Game, showing the runs scored by each team in each inning.

You can also press "B" to toggle this pane on and off
