ScoreBook for Windows Help File

Printing Reports

There are four different types of reports in Scorebook: "Statistics" reports, "Boxscore" reports, "Team" reports and "Specific" reports. Each type of report is only appropriate in certain context within Scorebook. For example, a "Boxscore" report has no meaning within the context of a single player. When you select "Report" or "Print" from a window's menu in Scorebook, you will be given the "Printing Reports" window (shown above) with all reports of the appropriate type available in the "Report" drop-down pick list.

You can sort the report by one or more columns by selecting those columns using the "<" and ">" buttons. You can even customize what columns are in the reports by going to Design Reports on the File Menu.

The one exception are the "Specific" reports... These include the league standings report, team schedule reports, game report, and the game playlog report. These reports are each specific to certain functions in Scorebook and cannot be customized the way the other three types can.

"I used to dread little league season, with all the hours of paperwork. Trying to schedule all the teams, registering and keeping track of all the players was an absolute nightmare. Your software was an answer to my prayers!
