Fetch Rosters from Rekords

When you select this menu option, a dialog box will open with two buttons on it: "Go to Rekords to Fetch Rosters" and "Import Rosters into ScoreBook".

First, Click on "Go to Rekords to Fetch Rosters"... you will be sent to the login page of the Rekords website. Here you can login to your league's web page, and on the league web page, there will be a link to click on to download the most recent league rosters and schedule. When you click this link, you will be prompted for a place to save the roster/schedule file; the best place is in your ScoreBook directory (usually "C:\aas\Score") and name the file ROSTER.REK.

Now that you have downloaded the ROSTER.REK file, click the second button, "Import Rosters into ScoreBook". You will now be given a file selection dialog box listing the ROSTER.REK file in the ScoreBook directory (if there is one). (Note: If you saved the downloaded file somewhere else you can use this dialog box to browse to the file, wherever it is, and select it.). Once you click "Ok" you will see the progress made as ScoreBook imports the new rosters and schedules.

( Don't worry if you already imported your league's rosters & schedules-- the new rosters and scheduled games will be merged with what you already have; If you entered teams and games by hand already any that match exactly with the ones coming from Rekords will also merge. You don't have to worry about any data being overwritten or lost by this process! )
