Create / Edit Games

This menu choice opens the "Game Information" window. This window shows a list of all the games in the schedule at the bottom; when you click on a game it's details are loaded in the top of the window, where you can edit them. Click on the tab "Comments & Umpires" for additional details about the game.

Once you have selected the game you want to score, click the button "Make Current" to load the game into the main Scorebook window as the Current Game.

This window has several menues:

Edit
- Make Current -- Make the selected game the Current Game.
- Delete -- Delete the selected game.
- View/Edit Player Stats -- Clicking this after selecting a game that is not yet final gives you the option to change the game's status to final and enter all the scores and statistics. Do this if you want to enter statistics for games that you didn't have the opportunity to score. You can also use this function after a game is finalized to correct any errors made while scoring it.
- Import a Game -- Quickly import a game from the opposing team's coach at a game for a quick exchange of rosters.
- Export a Game -- Export a game to a disk to give it to the opposing team's coach at a game for a quick exchange of rosters.
- Tech Support -- Do NOT use this menu choice unless instructed to by a tech support representative from All American SportsWare.
Reports -- See Printing Reports
- Boxscore
- Play Log
- Game
- Stats
Sort -- Use the choices on this menu to make it easier to find games in the list at the bottom of the window.
- Sort by Date
- Sort by Status
- Include All -- Select this to show all the games in the list.
- Include Some -- Select this to set a date to only show games after and/or filter the list to only show "Sched", "In Prog" or "Final" games.
