The lowest cost edition of LAS, called "Single Season", allows you to manage one season at a time. When a season has ended, you must tell LAS to "Start New Season" to reset all the assignments and financial records in order to get ready for the new season. This is enough for many small leagues;
However, to address the needs of larger and more complicated organizations, we have re-engineered LAS to add the ability to manage concurrent seasons:

With the added ability to track multiple seasons in the same database, The "Multi-Season Edition" of LAS allows you to retain last year's season as a "History Season" so that you can easily reference what happened last year instead of having to reset everything to start the next season. You'd be surprised how convenient it is to be able to start the new season without "throwing away" all the information from the previous season.

Additionally, you have the ability to have multiple seasons running concurrently, such as two leagues under two different charters. These seasons are almost completely independent of each other, with the one beneficial exception that all data that SHOULD be shared IS shared. For example, if the Smith family has a son registered in one season, and a daughter registered in another season, you are able to update the family's address in one place, and it is corrected for both seasons.

All-Sports Edition

Does your organization manage multiple sports leagues? Then you want to be using our "All-Sports Edition".

This gives you all the capabilities of the Multi-Season edition, and enables you to select a different sport for each of your seasons. That means that you can, for example, track a baseball season and a football season without having to enter names twice!

These seasons can run concurrently, or can start and end at different times during the year, and they calculate ages completely independently.

The All-Sports Edition of LAS provides you the power you need to manage a complicated sports organization.

Run your whole League Headquarters using League Administration Software's Multi-User license. Have several people on the same LAN entering data or looking up information simultaneously, all in the same data!

You can also run LAS in two different free modes: "Demo Mode" and "LAS Lite".

If you install LAS without providing any license registration key, it will run in "Demonstration Mode". In this mode, you can enter a very limited number of players and members, and can only view the first page of any report. On the other hand, you can access nearly all the menu choices, and explore all the features that would be available if you purchased LAS.

On the other hand, you can register online for a "Lite Mode" license. Once you provide your name, organization and email address, you will be sent a license registration key that you can enter into LAS to enable "Lite Mode" (also called "LAS Basic Edition" at times).
LAS Lite allows you enter all the players and members that you need. It also permits you to use the primary features that are needed for basic league administration tasks. However, all of LAS's powerful advanced features are not enabled, and reports (as in "Demo Mode") only will show the first page.
Addtionally, if your chartering organization has an agreement with us, then you can also use LAS Lite to create the upload file to submit your rosters.

Run LAS Multi-User WITHOUT a LAN! Have several people entering data at separate locations without any network connection, or phone connection, or internet connection at all! At the end of each day of registrations (or every several days, it's up to you!) just create a "Merge" disk on each "satellite" computer, bring these disks to the one "Primary" computer and merge them together!

Send any group of people a message as an email, fax, voice message or a printed letter! LAS can even try the faster & cheaper methods first (ie email) and then use the more expensive & slower methods (telephone call, printed letter to be mailed) for anyone without an email address or who was otherwise not reached. (Currently in Beta Testing)
