Edit Standard Issue
This feature is similar to Equipment Allocation, except that it allows you to define a standard list of equipment for distribution to each team in a division. You may create a different list for each division and copy the standard list from one division to another to avoid retyping lists that are "almost" the same.
To enter your standard list, you need to have your master inventory items recorded so you can draw from that list of inventory items. Choose the [Standard Issue] menu choice. Enter the name of the division list that you want to create.
If the list is the same as an existing standard list for another division, you can save time by just copying the list from the existing division by typing in the name of the division to copy from.
You can edit the list in the same fashion as you created your main inventory list. Use the [Add], [Edit], and [Delete] buttons to insert and modify items. Make sure to specify the quantity of each item you are distributing to each division, so that LAS can accurately reflect your inventory counts in the main list.
After you've input your standard issue list, you can use the Distribute Standard Issue command to distribute this equipment to your teams.
