Return Equipment

When teams return equipment, you can use the [Return Equipment] menu choice to record the collection of items back into your main inventory.

You will usually issue the Return Equipment command at the beginning of a new season as you try to re-inventory your supplies and begin allocating equipment for the new season.

A dialog box asks you to specify the division and team for which to return equipment. If you leave both boxes blank, you can manage the return of equipment for all divisions and teams. Click [OK] to begin editing the distribution list.

The program assumes that each team is returning the same number of equipment you loaned out at the beginning of the season. To modify the amounts being returned, just type over the amounts in the "Num Ret" boxes. In this fashion, you can input the correct number of items being returned, which will allow for items "lost" during the season.

When you are finished, press the [ESC] key or click the X in the upper right of this list to leave the list. You will be asked if you really want to return the equipment. Select Yes or No. After getting your teams cleared, you can then issue the [Distribute Standard Issue] command to fill out the basic equipment for all the teams. Now you are in a position to make any specific teams adjustments.
