Distribute Standard Issue

This feature allows you to add the standard issue items to a team, division or the entire program. After you have used the Edit Standard Issue command to create your standard issue list, you can choose [Distribute Standard Issue] to record the standard equipment distributed to teams.

Before you execute the command to distribute equipment, you should decide if you want to add this equipment to the existing team inventory or to scratch any existing allocation and start everyone with just the standard issue equipment. Use the [Return Equipment] menu choice described below to clear all equipment from teams before putting the standard issue equipment on each team.

You can distribute to either a specific team or to an entire division (by leaving the team name blank). Each team will automatically be distributed equipment from the master inventory.

The radio buttons below the division and team entry boxes let you decide what to do when there isn't enough equipment for all teams. You can "allow negative inventory," which lets you divide equipment as you like and worry about the accuracy of the main list later. If you choose to "spread across division," equipment that is in short supply will be distributed evenly. The last option, "allocate until run out," lets you distribute full quantities to each team until the main inventory count reaches zero.

After making your choices, click and equipment will be distributed to the divisions and teams you selected. The main inventory list will also be updated.
