Print Rosters

This function allows you to print rosters for a single team, a whole division or every team in your program with just the information that you want on them.
To print a single team, enter the name of the division and team.
To print a division, enter the division name and leave the team name blank. Every non-allstar team roster in that division will be printed.
To print a division's allstar teams, enter the division name and enter "*" for the team name. Every allstar team roster in that division will be printed.
To print all non-allstar rosters, leave both the division and team fields blank.
To print all allstar rosters, enter "*" for the division and leave the team field blank.
You can also customize the roster by selecting exactly what information you want to be shown:
- ID Number: Use the spacebar when in this field to select which ID number, if any, is shown on the report.
- Sort by: Select how your players should be sorted by picking from this drop-down list.
- HIPAA Compliant: Automatically turn off all private information, according to HIPAA rules, by marking this check box.
- Show Address: Decide whether the staff & player addresses should be included.
- Phone Numbers and Show Extra Phone #'s for Players, Too: On the right side of the window, you can select whether each type of phone number will be included on the report for staff members.
If you mark this checkbox, the same phone number types will be shown for players, too.
If you don't mark this checkbox, then only the home phone number will show for players.
