Pre-Registration

Pre-registration

Blank Registration Forms...
Back Side of Form...
Restore All Defaults

Before your registrations, it's handy to print Pre-filled in forms to send to all those players who were registered last year. However, you also need blank forms for new registrants. And all these forms need the back side to contain additional information (such as for selecting what they would like to volunteer to do).

Well-formatted "canned" forms are included for several word processors. If you are running Windows 95 and own one of the word processors, LAS will load it right up when you pick that choice from the menu.

Blank Forms -- LAS will put only the blanks on the form which LAS has been configured to track. (eg If you turned off tracking of Social Security Number, there won't be a blank for it on the form)

Blank Forms in a Word Processor -- These forms are "canned": well-formatted, but not automatically configured. You CAN manually edit them, taking off the fields that you don't want people to have to fill in. (note: the menu choice "Pre-Registration ® Restore All Defaults" will UNDO all changes to the "canned" registration forms)

Restore All Defaults -- This will restore the orginal layout for all the pre-registration forms and blank form front and back sides. Any changes you made will be lost. But any mistakes you made will also disappear!

"I used to dread little league season, with all the hours of paperwork. Trying to schedule all the teams, registering and keeping track of all the players was an absolute nightmare. Your software was an answer to my prayers!
