Pre-Reg Forms

Print Pre-Registration Forms

LAS can print the front and the back of pre-registration forms for you. These forms contain only those items that you requested that LAS track, and are pre-filled with each player's information. This way, registrants only need to make changes and fill in information that changes each year.

You can limit how many forms you print each time you print Pre-Registration forms by specifying the Starting Last Name and Ending Last Name.

To fit more items on the page, LAS can put the Father's and Mother's address block next to each other ("Horiz" Positioning).

However, some people prefer that the boxes be larger so that they are easier to write in. You can force the address blocks to be above each other ("Vert" Positioning).

The default, ("Auto") let's LAS decide whether they need to be next to each other to still fit all the registration items on one page.

The lines at the bottom of this screen will be printed at the bottom of your pre-registration forms. Be careful of how much you type here: if you try to fit too much on the registration form, it won't all fit on one page. On most printers, all the possible configuration items plus three or four lines of instructions are the limit for one page.
