League Administration Software Help File

Personnel Menu

Players - Add/Edit registered players and members.

Members - Allows adding or editing existing member records.

Registration - This menu item allows you to locate players and members from past seasons and register/update them for the current season.

Staff - This allows you to identify the staff for each team and your board of directors. Assignment of coaches, etc. allows the system to define teams for rosters, etc.

Officials - This allows you to identify the members in the organization who will officiate games. This menu choice will reflect the title you chose for officials on the league setup screen. E.g. Referee, Umpire, etc.

Reports - This menu is the anchor to the process of printing any reports related to personnel involved in the organization. Reports include players, members, staff, rosters and summary counts of various information.

Labels - Allows printing mailing labels to Staff, Players, and Members. This menu also allow you to configure your labels and test the label allignment on your dot matrix printer.

Flexport - Send data from LAS to other programs. The choices include Stats Pack Team files or building personnel files for transmission to your association. You can also configure your own export methods to send your data to a variety of programs.
