Officials Assign

Division: _____

This allows you to select the list of officials (umpires, referees, etc.) assigned to a particular division and to add/update/delete various entries. Enter the name of the division that you want to update.

(Note that the various titles and menu entries for officials automatically change their name to "Referee" or "Umpire" or whatever you enter as the Officials' title in Season Setup)

After you select the appropriate division, you will be given a list of officials for the selected division. Initially, this list is empty. To assign members as officials, click the "Add" button on the list and you will be given the "Officials Details" window:

Now, select the appropriate member to assign to this division as an official by either typing the LAS member number in the "Member #" field, or by typing the member's last name in the "Last Name" field. (Also select whether you mean the Father or the Mother that this Member record includes.) You can also type "?" when in the "Last Name" field and you will be given a list of all the existing members to select from. When you have selected the Member, click "Ok" and you'll be given the rest of the "Official's Details" dialog box:

Here you can enter the appropriate certification that this member carries, and its expiration date. This information can also be entered in the appropriate fields of the Member Registration window.
