Lists are used to display specific entries and allow you to have access to edit/update/add/delete items from the list.

On the bottom of the screen, you will see commands that you can issue to control the manipulation of these lists. The normal commands are:

Command Function
Alt-L Locate an entry. This will pop-up a search dialog for you to enter the search argument. (Not on all lists).
?
BackSpace
`
These keys act like Alt-L on any Read Only list. (but function normally on editable lists)
INS Insert new item in the list.
DEL Delete the highlighted item from the list.
Enter Press the enter key to edit the highlighted entry.
ESC Quit processing on this list and return to the calling menu.
PgUp/PgDn To move a screen at a time in the list.
^PgUp Go to top of list.
^PgDn Go to the bottom of the list.
^UP (ctrl+uparrow) In an order-able list (such as the division list), moves the current item up above the previous item.
^¯ (ctrl+dnarrow) In an order-able list (such as the division list), moves the current item down below the next item.

In network versions of LAS a column labeled "L" marks whether each record is "Locked". While another user is editing a record (player, member, staff, school, etc.) that record is "Locked" and no other user can change it. In this case, an "X" will appear in your "L" column.
