Label Contents

This dialog box is displayed by the label printing function giving you a chance to select the contents of the labels you are printing. You have options to select or eliminate the choices shown on the menu. Use the space bar to make choices for each entry

Team Info determines if each label should carry the name of the team on the label top line.

Addr allows you to suppress printing addresses. This is useful if the labels are to be used to distribute material by hand.

Unique used to eliminate multiple copies of labels to members. Duplicates can occur if a member volunteers for more than one position in the organization.

Sort Zip allows you to choose to have your labels sorted in zip code order using the sort requirments specified by the post office. This is most useful if you are mailing using a bulk mail permit that requires mail to be sorted by Zip code.
