Financial Reports

View your league's financial situation in a number of different ways. See who's paid, who hasn't, and print form letters reminding them that their dues & fundraising amounts are due.

"Summary", "Registration", and "Delinquent" all begin by showing you the Summary report. You can select whether the Summary should include Registration Dues, Fundraising Dues or Both. The Summary is immediately updated to reflect your selection.

For these three reports the administrator (in a multi-season version of LAS) can select which seasons should be included in the Summary and the report.

Summary -- This report prints the same as it looks on the screen, showing you the total revenues due, total paid, and remainder owed.

Registration -- This report prints all the members whose dues are included in the summary. It shows all the players attached to the member (in all selected seasons), how much they owe, and how much they paid.

Delinquent -- This report prints all the members who still owe registration dues or fundraising dues.

Letters -- Use this to print form letters to all the Delinquent members. Each letter lists all the players attached. (And, if selecting multiple seasons, which season each is registered in. If registered in more than one season, a player may show up multiple times)

Date Revenue Summary -- This report analyzes your registrations and tells you how much revenue was taken in on each date. (Skipping dates when nobody registered.) Finally, at the bottom, it gives a total for each day of the week. Use this report to evaluate the days you're open for (registration) business!

Account Ledger Reports -- This provides you with reports on the General Ledger. You can select one or more Accounts and the date range to include in the report. Then you can choose whether the individual transactions show (or just the account balances for those date ranges), or whether the transactions should be grouped by account or sorted by date.
