Flexport Data

You can now flexibly Export your Data using the FLEXport Wizard!

Flexport Method name: Name your export method. This is the name that will appear in the "Export" menu as a choice.

Content: Select what you want to export.

Players - Export one record per player. Any selected member fields are exported as part of each player record.
Members - Export one record per Member.
Staff - Export one record per staff member.
Players & Members - Export one record per player, and one record per member. All selected fields are on all records.
Player & Staff - Export one record per player, and one record per staff member. All selected fields are on all records.
Players & Family - Export one record per player, and one record for each member (that has at least one attached player)

File Type: Select the kind of file to produce here. Most any Spreadsheet or Database program (such as Excel or Access) can read an "Ascii Delimited" file.

Delimiter: If you choose "Ascii Delimited", you can select what character is used to bracket text. The standard character is the quote (").

Sort Order: Depending on the content that you selected, different options will show up here. Use ^up and ^dn (hold control and press the up and down arrowkeys) to change the order of priority for each sort field. Press Space to change from "ascending" to "descending" or "ignore" (x).

Once you have all these selected, click on "Next >" to continue through the FLEXport Wizard.
