Export Scheduling Info

Use this feature to interface with All American SportsWare's GameTime Scheduler.

Select one or two divisions, which (in GameTime) will be known as Subdivisions. LAS will then create a Division Information file (containing the teams in this/these divisions) for GameTime to use to create a schedule.

The Save Directory allows you to identify the working directory you want to use for Game Time. We recommend you use the default directory (where LAS was loaded), usually c:\AAS\LASWIN. Note that in Game Time, you should also point the data directory to the same place (usually c:\AAS\LASWIN).

Now, go to GameTime, open the freshly created Division file (which may contain two Subdivisions). Be sure the data directory is pointing to the same place that you specified above in the "Save Directory". Now, set the scheduling parameters, and generate your schedule.

Once you have your schedule the way you want it, go to [Main ® Schedules ® Import] to pull it back into LAS and merge it into your master schedule.

Note: You only need to select two divisions if you want the teams in these divisions to play against each other.

Also, you can accomplish this same integration with GameTime by using the Master Schedule Browser from within GameTime.
