Print Reports

View By Item -- Shows you all your inventory in a list, ordered by Item Number. You can add items, delete items, or change the items.

Note: You can edit right in this list, to change the item name, total owned, and number distributed.

Caution: Be careful when changing the number distributed; Use this only to correct distribution errors carried from previous versions of LAS.

View by Div & Team -- Shows who you have given what. If you select a division and/or a team, you only see what has been distributed to that division or team.

Edit Standard Issue -- Each Division can have a "Standard Issue" of inventory items. Use this feature to add/remove/change these standard items.

Distribute Standard Issue -- Select this to go and distribute the standard issue to one or more teams and divisions.

Note: if certain teams get some, but not all of the standard issue, simply remove those items using "View by Div & Team" after you distribute the standard issue here.

Return Equipment -- This is very much like "View by Div & Team", only it starts with all the "Number Returned" set to equal the "Number Distributed"

If teams aren't returning ALL their equipment, simply modify these numbers before exiting, and only whatever you said would be returned will be.

Uniforms -- Lists all the players in the selected Division and/or Team and lets you assign Uniform Numbers and Sizes.

Print Reports -- Print reports related to Equipment and Uniforms.
