This menu allows you to print reports about personnel tracked by LAS. The choices are listed below:
Player -- Two reports are available, the master player list showing all information about the player and parents. The second report is an abbreviated listing used to help in the player assignment to teams.
Member -- This master listing of the member data shows all data on the member record including the list of players registered to each member.
Staff -- This lists names and phone numbers of your coaches, sponsors and team mothers by division. Use this to produce a board of directors report.
Officials -- This section prints names and addresses of all officials (referees, umpires, etc.) by division.
Rosters -- Team rosters can be printed including the players and staff for each team.
Counts -- This report shows the number of players registered to each division by age and displays the number of players trying out for each division. This report is the single most important planning tool for your program.
