City Update
City Details

Enter information about a city that you wish to include in your list of quick entry cities. To activate this dialog, enter [Miscellaneous] [Cities] and choose a city to update.
- Short Cut - A unique name or short cut for a city or town. If you have more than one zip code in a city, use the last two digits of the zip code for the short cut.
- City Name - The full name of the City.
- State - The 2 character abbreviation for the state or province.
- Zip Cod - Enter the zip code for this city.
- Area Code - The normal area code for this city is entered. Again, you may use variations in the short cut name to accomodate multiple area codes within a city.
- Hint - This information is used where ever you enter addresses. If you enter the short cut name in the city field of any address, the information stored in this list will automatically be filled in. This reduces the keystrokes significantly when entering registration information.
