Staff Update

This dialog allows you to create new divisions or teams or change staff assignments for existing teams.
You can create divisions or teams here while assigning staff, or you can use [Miscellaneous ® Divisions/Teams] to create all the divisions or teams you want.
To create a New Division
Enter a ? in the Divsion field to pop-up the current list of divisions. Click on the Add button to create a new division and then fill in the details in the division dialog.
To create a New Team
Enter a "?" in the Team field to pop-up the current list of teams in the division specified above. Click on the Add button to create a new team and then fill in the details in the team dialog.
To modify staff assignments for a team
Enter the name of the division and team. To check for the team name, you may enter a "?" in the team field (or click on the down arrow) to see the list of teams already created. Choose one.
Click to display the list of staff already assigned. Highlight the entry you want to change and press enter. Note the commands available at the bottom of the screen.
Hints: LAS allows you to set up a special team in the division called BOARD with a team name of DIRECTORS. Use this division and team to enter the names of board members. This will allow you to generate reports on your board of directors for reference.
Additional teams can be created in the BOARD division such as Sponsors, Founders, etc. to meet your needs of creating reports for certain groups of members.
