Manage User Names

This window lets you edit the list of named users. The first column tells you the "username", and the second column gives a summary of the rights this user has in each season.

If you click "Add", or click on a user name and then click "Edit", an add/edit window similar to this appear: Here, you can enter the details for the user, including the username they will type in to enter LAS, their real name (for your own reference), their password, and what access they will have to each season. If a new season is created (via Start New Season or Manage Seasons, none of the users will have access to it by default. You have to deliberately assign access for each user to each season.

Note: The administrator can look at any user's password by calling up this window, then clicking the "?" button.
