This menu choice (from the File Menu) allow a user to logoff LAS from one level of access permission
and sign on again using a different level of access. For example, if the administrator wanted to sign off
LAS and turn over the system to another person with only Full Access rights, LAS closes and then
immediately reopens allowing a new password to be entered.
This eliminates the wasted time of closing LAS completely and having to wait for it to be reloaded completely.
