League Web Manager Help File

Easy and Automatic

Not quite as basic as Simple And Cheap, this strategy keeps things easy while providing a number of benifits:

• No need for your own Web Server -- Instead of using League Web Manager to create your registration form, use the "OrgBuilder" program from Avance Connections. Avance Connections will host your registration form for you. You can have a seperate web page for your league, and link directly to the registration form on the Avance Connections web site.
• Automatic integration into LAS -- Registrations made through Avance Connections can be reviewed and manipulated online by the registrar, and can be automatically downloaded by League Web Manager and integrated into the LAS database. No dedicated email account is needed!
• Take Credit Cards! -- There is no need for a credit card merchant account: Let Avance Connections do all the processing of credit cards for you! American Express, Master Card, VISA and Discover are accepted as payment methods, with a convenience fee for the processing of each registration.
