Email Receipts
Only For Self-hosted Web Page Generated by League Web Manager
| Transaction Description | This is the description that will appear on the Credit Card or bank account statement. |
| Receipt E-Mail Subject | This will appear as the subject line of the email that is sent to the registering player as a receipt. |
| Message for Receipt E-Mail | In addition to the registration details (Transaction Date, Confirmation Number, Amount, etc) this message will be included in the receipt. |
| Show this as the "From" Address on the receipt sent to the registering players | This address will be shown as the "From" address in the receipt that is sent to the registering player. You should provide an address where the league can be contacted if the player has any questions about the registration. You can use the format "Person's Name" |
| Show "Thank You" Web Page as a Printable Receipt | Check this box and the registration processor will securely display a "Thank You" web page that shows the registration details (including Transaction Date and Confirmation Number) that the registering player can print as a receipt, instead of relying only on the receipt email. (A receipt email will still be sent) |
| Message to Display on "Thank You" web page | If you choose to display a "Thank You" receipt page, you can type a message here that will be shown on the receipt. |
| After submitting registration, redirect browser to this page: / Include link on "Thank You" page to go to this "Next" address | If you choose to display the receipt "Thank You" page, then this address will appear as a "Next" link at the bottom of the page to take the registering player back to your league's web site. If you don't display the receipt page, then the registration processor will send the registering player directly to this address. |
