On this second tab, "Contents", you must determine what fields to have available for your registrants to fill in. You can click the button "Make Same as Printed Form" to make the web registration form identical to the Pre-Registration forms that LAS can print. Pressing this button also makes sure that the order of these fields is the same as it is on the Pre-Registration form and the Registration window in LAS.

You should give thought to what fields you want to let your registrants fill in: whatever they type will be reviewed before being merged into the LAS database, but you probably still don't want people filling in their own "Amount Paid" values, for example.
