About Golden Retriever

Golden Retriever is the mechanism that LWM uses to retrieve the emails resulting from web registrations, and to merge those new registrants into LAS.

Golden Retriever can download any sort of email, but can only understand specially formatted emails.

Golden Retriever also has many settings of its own, detailed in the Golden Retriever Help File, that can be useful for diagnosing problems. However, you should normally never have to adjust any of these settings: The settings you specify on page one of the Web Registration Form Generation window will be used to control Golden Retriever.
