Updating the Satellites

After collecting all your data into the primary database, you will want to re-distribute the primary data to all the satellites.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Create a new backup of the Primary database.

2. Take this backup to each Satellite computer, and restore

from it. ( using [Main Menu ® Utilities ® Backup & Restore ® Restore] )

Note: You should not use Merge at the Satellites... The combining of data occurs in the Primary Database.

Any registrations (or other data) entered at the satellite after they create the backup that was taken to the Primary and before this step (of restoring the primary data into the satellite) WILL BE LOST!

If you accidently have entered new data at this satellite that you want to keep, skip this step at this satellite, create a new backup at this satellite, and repeat the steps for "Collecting Satellite Data" for this satellite only.
