Using Merge "Recover"

The Merge Process maintains its own backup of your data so that, if something goes wrong (such as merging into the wrong season) you can quickly "undo" the merge (using the menu choice [ Main Menu ® Utilities ® Merge ® Recover ]).

However, if this internal recovery system fails, (or you accidentaly "Discard" the recovery files before noticing a problem) you will be glad to have your own backup of your data.

[ Main Menu ® Utilities ® Merge ® Merge Data ] is the same as [ Main Menu ® Utilities ® Merge ® Preserve ] except that "Merge Data" will ask if you want to replace the current "Recover Files", while "Preserve" will never replace the "Recover Files"...allowing you to undo several Merges at the same time.
