GameTime Scheduler for Windows Help File
Field Definitions -- Step 4
In order to create your schedule, GameTime needs to know what fields are available to this division (these divisions if there are 2), and what times those fields are available. (The times are specified as being on a particular day of the week, too. Such as: Monday at 4pm or Wednesday at 2:30pm)
You can also tell GameTime that particular field times only are valid between certain dates, or that certain times on certain dates are exceptions and are not available.
In addition, if certain times (or all your times) are identical on all your fields then there is a quick way to define all your field times: Before or after creating all your individual fields, but before creating field time slots on any of them, just select the field called "* All Fields *" and create your time slots there. Any availability slots or exception slots you create here will apply to every field. When you go to the other individual fields these inherited slots or exceptions will be shown in italics.
All this is easily entered using the "Week Definition Grid" and Date Spans.

"I used to dread little league season, with all the hours of paperwork. Trying to schedule all the teams, registering and keeping track of all the players was an absolute nightmare. Your software was an answer to my prayers!
