Technical Information
We have worked hard to ensure that GameTime Scheduler works reliably for you.
However, it might occasionally encounter peculiar combinations of settings that result in unexpected behavior or even an unplanned application termination, also called a "program crash". If this does occur, it can now automatically send details about what went wrong directly to our technical support department so that we can continue improving GameTime's performance.
Please Note: This information is submitted anonymously and does not contain your complete schedule parameters. Therefore, if you contact technical support you will still need to provide details about what you were doing when GameTime crashed, and you may be asked to send your schedule file via email so that our technical department can try to replicate the problem you encountered.
